Caramel Apple Pie On A Stick

2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 apples, cored
246-inch skewers
1 (14-ounce) package caramels, unwrapped
1.Preheat oven to 400°. Unroll pie crusts and place on rimmed baking pans. Brush crusts with melted butter; bake 5 minutes or until golden brown. When cooled, break crusts into pieces and place in bowl; mix with cinnamon.
2.Cut each apple into 8 wedges for a total of 24 wedges. Insert skewer into each apple wedge.
3.Heat small saucepan over high heat. Add 3 tablespoons water and the caramels to saucepan; reduce heat to low. Stir caramels constantly until completely melted. Be careful not to burn the caramel.
4.Dip each apple skewer into melted caramel, completely coating the apple; roll in cinnamon-crumb mixture.
